Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Documentation Specialist to join our Global Regulatory Affairs team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall organizational performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop innovative solutions, and implement process changes that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Design and document optimized workflows, processes, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using industry best practices and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Create process maps, flowcharts, and other documentation to clearly communicate process designs.
  • Author business documents, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), job aids, and training materials.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes, making adjustments as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience
  • Proven experience in business process design, process improvement, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and project management software.
  • Experience in authoring business documents such as SOPs, WIs, job aids, and training materials.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Remote

 

Contract Length: Through the end of the year 

Pay Range

$48/hr.-$55/hr.

Shift/Hours

Monday - Friday. Must work EST hours.
