Role Summary:

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Quality Analytics to join our Quality Assurance team. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making and strategic process improvements within our Quality organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building Power BI dashboards, working with Snowflake data tables, and a strong background in quality data analytics, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly data visualizations and dashboards using complex datasets from various sources, including Power BI and Snowflake.
  • Lead the active management of metrics programs and quality data analytics activities.
  • Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
  • Create ad-hoc data models, reports, and analyses to support business requirements.
  • Leverage technical and analytical expertise to identify critical business opportunities and generate actionable insights.
  • Continuously explore and evaluate new methods to enhance the use of data analytics for value creation.
  • Acquire and model data from primary and secondary sources.
  • Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques to optimize ongoing visualizations.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Develop descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics to derive insights from data.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or allied health field (or equivalent degree).
  • A minimum of 8 years of work experience, including at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Demonstrated ability to transform data into actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of industry requirements and expectations for Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Current knowledge of industry trends and best practices for quality management in regulated environments.

 

Technical Skills Required:

  • Expertise in building Power BI dashboards and working with Snowflake data tables.
  • Proficiency in data modeling and analytical tools such as Python, R, SAS, SQL, and Alteryx.
  • Advanced data visualization skills using tools like Spotfire, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Experience with scripting languages and leveraging APIs (e.g., REST APIs).
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills to communicate complex concepts effectively.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in quality data analytics within the pharmaceutical industry.

Experience in developing integrated, cross-modality, and cross-GxP metrics and analysis.

Pay Range

$68-$78/hr
